    No, the camera/security system that we install is yours and you don’t have to pay any monthly fees once you own the system.
  • Can I Access Camera Feeds Remotely?
    As long as your device is connected to the internet, cameras can be viewed from anywhere in the world.
  • Can I view live feed of all my cameras on my living room tv/dedicated monitor?
    Yes, the recording device(NVR) has an HDMI output that can be extended to your tv to display live camera feed. We can also provide a dedicated monitor to live view your cameras 24x7.
  • Are the all Cameras Suitable for Indoor or Outdoor Use?
    As we are based in Alberta, we are well aware that cameras need to withstand extreme freezing temperatures. When our professional installation is combined with top quality cameras, we ensure that our customers get the most durable and sturdy cameras to tolerate any harsh conditions.
  • What happens if my home internet gets disconnected for some reason?
    With internet connection disconnected, NVR will keep recording live feed from cameras. However, you will not be able to access it remotely. But you will still be able to view live feed locally on your tv/dedicated monitor.
  • How Long is Video Footage Stored?
    There are various factors that decides the capacity of hard disk drive used to store 24x7 video stream. Storage is expandable and can be added as required.
  • Do the Cameras Have Night Vision?
    If you need surveillance during nighttime or low-light conditions, ask us about our cameras' night vision capabilities, such as infrared (IR) LEDs and the ones with capability of providing 24x7 colour view.
  • Is the Camera/security System Scalable and Upgradeable?
    As your needs change, you may want to expand or upgrade your camera/security system. Our system allows for easy scalability and updates to fit all your needs.
